The ground course, which will be called “ROUTE” in this manual is the line projected by the airplane on the earth’s surface.
Is the direction of the airplane's longitudinal axis.
The real route: The real route is the angle as measured between the TRUE NORTH and the ROUTE.
The real heading is the angle as measured CLOCKWISE between the TRUE NORTH and the heading.
The magnetic heading is the angle as measured CLOCKWISE between the MAGNETIC NORTH and the heading.
